There were 4 of us in attendance last night. We had a nice discussion on the aspects of "Mad Honey." We all liked Lily, the transgender character as well as Asher. We discussed victim abuse and how it can happen in any home.
Jodi Piccoult writes very thought provoking novels. We mentioned how we learned about bee hives and keeping bees.
The next book is "The Crazy Ladies of Pearl Street." It was written by Trevanian
Linda had volunteered previously to host the October meeting, That date will be October 27.
