A very warm pool/book club meeting at Jean's house! Most of us arrived early for a refreshing dip in Jean's inviting pool on one of the warmest days of the year.
This month's book, The Book of Lost Friends, had a 50-50 like/dislike rate. Some of the biggest complaints were the skipping back/forth in the storyline and that the speech in the book seemed contrived.
Much discussion about member's recent travels and future plans, of course.
