March Meeting

MJ hosted the meeting at Virlie's Grill.

We had a nice discussion of the book: Before We Were Yours by Lisa Wingate.

I was the "host" this time so I picked the next one. Here is our next book club selection:

Hedy's Folly: The Life and Breakthrough Inventions of Hedy Lamarr, the Most Beautiful Woman in the World - by Richard Rhodes

I have the only Pboro library copy, but I hope to turn it in by mid next week.

The next meeting will be at Vilma's new house in Briar Chapel neighborhood - on April 24th!

February Meeting

Seven of us gathered at Lindy's home for a lively discussion of the book, "The Vintage Caper" by Peter Mayle and other things. Peter Mayle passed away in January. His books that mention many French wines in his stories shares his love of such wines with his readers.

MJ will host the March 27th gathering at the Roadhouse unless otherwise informed of a change. Lindy chose the book, "Before We Were Yours" by Lisa Wingate for the March read.
